There's an interesting piece over at The Mary Sue about recent treatment of women in video games, both on-screen and behind-the-screen. Over the past week or so, Adam Baldwin and Joss Whedon both appear to have weighed in, on opposite sides.

ReplyDeleteThe thing is,social justice warriors(SJW) have secured powerful positions in gaming journalism. They direct the game companies what they ought to do and what they shouldn't do.Likewise they affront regular gamers (who don't have an agenda, who quite recently need to play games) all the time for being misogynist, homophobic, racist... and so on pigs, cause regular gamers don't care at about their agenda. Then again these SJW columnists have close relations (clearly more than close) with some non mainstream developers, cause these independent developers have the same agenda.
